Buzz with TV

When I have the Cable Antena conected in my TV, the sub woofer makes a Buzz very loud, and ehan I unplug the TVCable it`s stop.

Can you tell me how can I solve this?

I forgot somethig:when I unplug the video calbes ( RCA and S-video) fron the receiver to the TV, it´s stop too, and when a Plug the after 5 minutes, the buzz doesn´t come back,bur returning in 5 minutes later.
