Buzz in Subwoofer of Definitive Tech Speaker

The subwoofer in one of my speakers buzzes when the bass setting is very low, worse when level is increased. The speaker buzzes when connected as left or right speaker; I think that means it is the speaker and not RF noise being generated on one side or a bad connection. This seems to have just started with the addition of a new amp. The old one may have grown so weak I did not notice the change. Any suggestions as to what the problem is would be very helpful.
Thanks,
Charlie

You may well have a ground loop. Does the speaker buzz when not connected to your amp?

We need to know all details of your connections in great detail.
