Im running an Emotiva ERC-2 into a Pioneer SC-65 and through a pair of Klipsch rf-7s I will eventually be adding the rest of the high end klipsch reference series speakers to my setup but am considering going with someone other than klipsch for the sub. Anyone have any advice on that? I had my mind on the Definitive supercube but am open to other ideas as well. It is also used for home theater but I am more concerned with music performance. Also wanting to find another amplifier to run my audio technica turntable so feel free to send some ideas on that as well.

Skip the supercube, not a great value subwoofer. Rythmik, Hsu, Power Sound Audio are my first choices for anything under 1.5k. If you can spend more than 1.5k, check out Seaton, JTR, and Funk. These subs will provide a much higher value than the usual retail brands like Deftech, Velodyne, JL Audio, etc.

Funk Audio ships globally and he's got some crazy deals on right now. :)

i second this statement. Funk and JTR are very honest in their performance claims, I dont know about Seaton though.
