Buy Online??!!??

I keep reading people mentioning projectorcentral.com

I was wondering a few things about buying electronics online. How does it work for warranty work? Customer Service? Is it Safe (the most i've spent online shopping is $40 video games). Benifits over local shopping?

Sorry for all the questions, but spending that kind of money online makes me a bit nervous.

Oh ya not sure if it makes a difference but I am from Canada.

projectorcentral.com is more of a resource than anything. They don't sell items just, mostly just review and post info on different projectors. Buying online is risking but you can usually save hundreds on projectors. To most people are willing to take the risk. Ask around here for reputable websites or check projectorcentrals feedback for dealers.

Your best deals on projectors and screens will come through on-line retailers. Most offer excellent warranties and service.

Prejector Central is a good resource for ideas.

I just bought the Epson HC 1080 Ub through them. It was simply the best customer experience I had. Who ever you go with the warranty shouldn't be an issue.
