Bus audio in

I was wondering if it's possible to turn a mediaplayer (ipod) on my carradio. The model is sony cdx m600r. Does anyone has a clue? It has a bus audio in but i can't select it from my source

Your question is a bit confusingly worded, so you may want to clarify. I know you can buy FM modulators that will broadcast your iPod on an FM channel that you can pick up with your car's radio.
