Burn-in issues with Panasonic TC-P54G25 already?

Hi guys, Im having an issue where very minor burn-in is visible at up close. I just realized on the Top-left corner where the burn-in imprint the Inputs, i.e. HDMI 1, HDMI 2-3, Comp 1-2 when screen supposed to be in total darkness. Another one is when I am playing Halo Reach online, the burn-in imprinted the Blue and Red square boxes, these 2 boxes use to keep each team's score and pretty much on 90 - 95% of the match... I use GAME mode in this case. Is this normal for this TV or any plasma? I thought you have to leave it on for days in order to have burn-in... Thanks in advance......

It's likely IR or image retention. Yes, you pretty much have to be extremely abusive to get permanent burn in with a modern pana plasma.

Put something else on to see if it "washes out".

This is normal operation. I have had my 54G25 since November and if I walk up to the screen and look after playing a game for a couple hours I can see slight image retention. It goes away quickly.

You don't have to be paranoid.
