Well, I built my new enclosure for my 10" Dayton Titanic last weekend and it came out pretty nice. It has yet to be filled, sanded and painted but it works. Here is a little montage of how it came out...

It sounds amazing IMO, but who knows. It hits very low compared to my yamaha sub. Just for kicks, I wired my sound card of my PC up to the receiver and ran some test tones from WinISD. 18Hz at about -10 dB(volume) shook the house in ways I have never felt. Thanks everyone for the input. I also got lazy and didn't round over the PVC ends and i can't even hear any port noise. Guess that worked out pretty well.

Also, so nobody asks, I used 134 screws:p

Cool, Looks good. Maybe I'll build a pair like that. Are you going to make any measurements on it? How about sending me the file with your PVC elbows on it? I suck at cad.

I do have a drawing with measurements on it but it is on my home PC. I have been using AutoCAD for the last 10 years, so I use it for everything I build...

I use it too. I just started using it this year though. It works great for box design and I can cut all the pieces and they fit together......like a glove.
I just finished design on my main towers with built in subs. Planning on building them this weekend.
