Hi guys! I'm new here on the forum so i thought I'd start with a short introduction :)

I'm a 28 yo guy from Sweden! I have experience in mixing music and also some basic electronics knowledge but I've never built my own speakers before. I want to build a simple portable bluetooth-speaker with the Dayton Audio ND65-8 (2-1/2") and a simple amp-board. The enclosure will be made from MDF.

Pictures below!

I'll list the components here:
Drivers: 2* Dayton Audio ND65-8 (2-1/2") (soundimports.eu/en/nd65-8.html)
Amp: OEP30Wx2 (aliexpress.com/item/32987144645.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.6c614c4ddSXISu)
Battery pack: Li-Ion 1P3S pack, 12V 3500mAh (nkon.nl/rechargeable/li-ion/18650-size/keeppower-18650-3500-li-ion-flat-top.html)
Input source: Simple BT-module (USB BT with 3.5mm line output)

+ BMS protection for battery pack
+ DC-DC isolator for BT-module
+ DC-DC Step-down converter to give BT-module 5V power from 12V battery
+ Potentiometer for volume control
+ Micro USB input for charging
+ DC-DC Step-Up converter to charge batteries with 12V from 5V USB input

What do you think of this build? Anything I should change/modify? All help is appreciated !

I may have forgotten something. Just ask if you have any questions! :)

Thanks!
