Building a quasi home theater from scratch

If this is the wrong place for this please let me know, but basically, I have here the layout for the second floor of a house I'm building. That middle room right there is where it'll be. I know it's not ideal, but based on budget and some architectural constraints I'd say it's pretty decent, no?

So the question is, how do I distribute my lights and contacts? Which side works best for the front of the room? It's too late to change the shape, but I'm still in time for the contacts

Measurements are in meters, the stair's door will be sliding, not as show

Maybe just keep all contacts and switches on the top/bottom walls if possible? I also might add a ceiling fan, since it'll have other uses besides music/movies
