Budget Amp & AV Receiver Help

I need to plug in two speakers with two optical inputs for my PS4/TV(do I need two or just the one for the TV if they're playing the same thing). I don't really need a lot of audio inputs, 5 at maximum but most likely no more than 2. The receiver needs to power speakers between 100-200 watts.

So I need an amp/receiver(not sure which is suitable for what I need) and could you please recommend me some brands and models of the brands. Cheap as possible and would rather go second hand as it's much cheaper.

Look on Craigslist for older Yamaha/Denon.

The 05/06 models of Denon (product number will end with those numbers) would do.
