Breaking up with my S40’s

Finally ending the love hate relationship with with my S40’s and moving up the line to Contour 20’s. I’ve really enjoyed the aggressiveness out of the S40’s and love the Dynaudio house sound, I’m just hoping the Contours aren’t too laid back. Would’ve gone for HS but it’s not great time to spend that kind of coin and it was a good deal from audiogon for the Contours. For the price I’m paying I should be able to test them out for a solid six months and get my money back if I’m not in love.

So the Stand 6’s arrived Tuesday but UPS didn’t leave the Contour 20’s on my porch. I had them hold them for pickup, went today and one was there, got home and a note was on my door saying they attempted to deliver a package. At least it’s not lost… yet.

The one I do have is massive! Also the Stand 6 is a serious piece of hardware!
