So my new home has an interesting setup, and I'm having trouble wrapping my head around the most optimal configuration. Here's what we have in our Den:
-West Wall-
Plasma mounted above fireplace
Center channel above TV in built-in shelves
In-ceiling speakers front left/right and surround left/right
(here's what it gets confusing)
Standing in the same location, but turning South...
-South Wall-
Motorized projection screen
Projector behind me
Another in-ceiling center
Previous front/rear left/right from when I was facing west, orientation gets all out of wack
If you can still follow (lol, sorry guys), I basically have a normal TV watching mode facing west with the Plasma TV built in. I also have a movie watching mode facing South where we pull the projector screen out.
There are two centers...but I don't want them both on all the time. The Plasma TV and the Projector are on an HDMI splitter, so they will play the same thing. I just turn off the Plasma when I'm watching a movie on the projector.
Questions
How would I change the centers when switching from regular TV to movie mode?
How would I change the orientation of the front/surrounds when turning to face south so that the speaker orientation is correct when watching movies?
