Bose built-invisable amp

I was an original Acoustimass Built-Invisable dealer and have my demo system that I am installing in my basement remodel. I need to have someone look at and repair the 3 room amp. I have the Acoustimass wall unit but get no power from the amp. I also need hanging brackets for the AM5 cubes (black). Thanks, nhbob

I used to be a Built-invisible dealer, what a nightmare. I remember that all repairs had to be sent back to the factory for service.

Bose keeps their cards close to their chest. No service data or manuals available. Bose don't really like you to see close up the junk they make. And this is not unique to Bose these days.

That unit is not worth the trouble and expense of fixing. I would move on to something better.

I'm curious what the point of the OP is. It doesn't actually ask a quesion, nor start a discussion. One could imply "where can I find a tech or parts" as a question, but "I was a dealer" implies that the poster is the sort of person those questions should be asked *to*.

So: what is it you want to know? Where to get Bose parts? I've no idea. The company is, however, still in business. Have you asked them or put this question to a Bose forum? Those would be my suggegstions on where to find techs and parts for Bose.
