Nice forums....Alot of useful information here!!

Here are my components:

Hitachi 42" hd plama (director ed.)
Denon 2807 receiver
Room size is about 2500 sf

I am looking for bookself speakers to and have narrowed it down to 3 pairs:

Triad: bronze for the left, right and center and in ceiling for the rears
RBH 61 se for left and right and the 616 for center with a svs sb12 sub
Axion audio m22 system with svs sb12 sub.

Trying to figure out which direction to go.

thanks

Seems tonight there has been alot of attention to the Bose Wave Radio.

I recommend that. :D

What speakers have you auditioned? Maybe with that information someone can suggest one of your choices that might sound similar. :D

I would also like to recommend the Paradigm Studio 20 v.4 or even the v.3 version which I formally owned. The 20's mated with an excellent sub will offer you superb performance. Good luck in your decision.:) :)

The Triad stuff is neat, very nice custom products. I would like to have some in my future home.

Any of the above mentioned speakers would be fine. Listen to them and decide what you like best. You should try to listen to as many speakers as you can find.

To the op:

I have owned Studio 20s v2 for six years and love them and suggest you audition them. That being said you might hate them. Unfortunately there is no substitute for local auditioning as others have posted.

I seem to like the Paradigms myself so give them a listen.

It's funny; they were not on my list when I started my search. I was under the impression that you are just paying for a name and I dont like that. A lot of people dont like them but I loved the sound of them. The AV123 Rocket came in a very close second and then the Monitor Audio RS6. The Para's are the ugliest out of the group.

Thanks for all the input, I will put the paradigms on my list....
