bookshelf speakers for tube amp

Hi,

I just recently aquired a Jolida 502B tube amp.
What do you suggest for a bookshelf speaker that
would produce the tube quality sounds of the tube amp?

I have a small room, about 10x10 so I would like a wide sound stage speaker.
I have limited space and can only place the speakers 3.5ft apart.

Would any of the Axiom bookshelf's be a worthy speaker for a tube amp?

The Axiom's may be a little in your face with a tube style amp.
Swan SW2.1 would make a great pair of speakers for a tube amp in a small room.

The sensitivity is going to kill you with the Axioms. They are a bit bright so that should actually go well with the tube amp. What about a set of Klipsch or a pair of Pioneer HPM-40's or 60's? They have the sensitivity you need and are also known as a bit bright, or dynamic.

Check out the Usher S-520. You can have a look at them at responseaudio.com - they deal a lot with Jolida.
