Shoes, Fitness, Nutrition and training are light years from where they were 10 years ago. I've felt the improvement in my running shoes for sure. People underestimate the effect of shoes, but I can explode much more off shoes today than those from years ago.

Nike has done a lot of hard work in this area.

Bonds had a better bat too. Which contributed to his success.

Carl Lewis was the greatest athlete I've ever seen. That guy is still the man IMO. Phelps seems to be failry humble. But Bolt is still a kid really. I think that's why he's a big egotistical.

This isn't like TO who is in his late 30s and is supposed to be grown up. Bolt still has some growing to do.

I really don't think you can put Bolt on the same level as Green when it come to being arrogant. Greens' ego was seriously inflated for no reason. At least Bolt can back it up. If I was running those times, I would be thumping my chest too.
