Dunno exactly what you're looking for but the soundtrack from "Phantom of the Opera" movie has great sound and will do a good system justice.

Well, what are you into? The above films are good for that, plus Fury, tmnt, all the hunger games infinity war/end game, Godzilla KOM, Harry Potter trilogy, Aquaman, John Wick, equalizer, sicario etc...sooo many.
A perennial favorite of mine is the DVD version of Master and Commander. It goes down to like 4hz and is very dynamic. Choose chapter 4, “under attack”. When those cannons hit, man it’s awesome. The whole chapter is really intense. I’m surprised people seem to have forgotten it. Use the dvd though. The BD has a 30hz filter on it and IT SUX BIG TIME.
Evidence...

Pacific Rim from 2013. (Not the sequel).

The other ones William recommended too. Especially Fury and the first Equilizer. :)

That doesn’t surprise me. I don’t understand why Bluray is given the gold medal over DVD for audio.

Bluray offers more channels with potential for greater resolution but that resolution is limited to the gears ability to replicate it and the room acoustics.

At a certain recorded quality point I highly doubt we will notice compression comparing DVD to Bluray for movies.

It’s highly possible that music quality may be noticeable favouring Bluray but not so much that I would replace DVDs with Bluray in all circumstances.

If I can purchase a used Bluray at or near the price point of the DVD version I most definitely would for at the very least picture quality which trumps DVD all day long but I won’t simply for the sound!

Seriously, I have no life.
If you decide on Bladerunner 2049 be very careful with the volume setting. The whole BD movie is 10 dB hotter than most others.

I think for the most part, BD generally wins for audio, but they certainly have some stinkers. DVD can’t compete in PQ, but I remember some original DTS tracks that were fantastic. I guess ya just never know! Til ya do...

I just watched the book of Eli with one of my favorites, Mika Kunis. And Denzel. This has nothing under 30hz, but WOW, what a great track. Lots of great imaging, and especially awesome was a lot of relational cues. Like one scene where there firing a gatlan gun and the camera pans around. All sound is from the cameras perspective and ends up behind the LP firing towards the screen. Awesome, I love that stuff. DtsNX

Also, very dynamic, and loud.

In 5.1 there are a lot of DTS DVDs that sound awesome. Terminator 2 for example. :)
