Bluejeans?

Someone told me bluejeans are good quality but I want to info. Is bluejeans the brand or where can I find them on the internet?

Bluejeans is really a cable assembly company. They use Belden and Canare cabling with top quality connectors to assemble their products. All of their products are the same cables you'll find in audio and video studios around the country, so it's reference quality stuff.

I find their speaker cables are reasonable, but rca to rca (ie. component and subwoofer) cables a little steep (over $40). The best route is to make your own. Lowes and Walmart sell decent component cables for aroud $12 (6' lengths), and RatShack has good pricing on long single runs of RCA for subs. You can find 12 and 14ga. speaker wire for under .25/foot locally.

If you don't mind spending a little more, Bluejeans is a nice, simple way to purchase great quality interconnects.

Their component video cables are excellent and are very reasonably priced. Build quality is first rate. I highly recommend them.

FYI, RiverCables are just pretty versions of BlueJeans. They use the same coax and connectors. Don't believe me? Compare the specs.

I just found out that you can't go wrong with Bluejeancables! They are top quality as well as customer service. This is what I had before I ordered the cables from them. I had a Monster cable component that was actually really good but just paid way to much for it ($119) and decided to try these cables out that everybody is recommending on here. I switched the cable out and there was not a lot of difference, but it was better and alot cheaper ($42). Those Monsters will be going back to Tweeter! I also ordered a Dvi to dvi and a dvi to hdmi for both my LCD and Plasma TV. These cables are premade from AVLink for bluejean cables. The dvi to dvi cable came nowhere near the quality as my Monster dvi400 cable. That will be going back. The dvi to hdmi was a different animal, it too was made by AVLink, altogather. It had about the same quality picture as my audioquest-X cable did. I paid $155 for the audioquest with adapter verses $32 for the AVLink. Sorry Tweeter you will be getting another one back too. I will continue to buy bluejean cables as I continue to add more toys around the house!!!
As far as AR cables, I have heard they are good cables too for the money. Believe it or not, I have a component cable and a hdmi to hdmi cable arriving tomorrow in the mail. I ordered these before I decided on the bluejean cables and will now have more cables than I will need. So this weekend I will be doing some testing and choosing which ones best suit me and return the others.

From what I've seen, DVIGear HDMI and DVI cables are the beefiest digital video interconnects you can buy.

I agree with Jaxvon!

All of my Analog cable were built to length by Bluejeans and their quality & workmanship is second to none but they do not make their own HDMI / DVI cables. For my digital cables I went with DVIGear and am very happy with them; they are very beefy well sheilded cables and even their long 40feet + cables don't have problems with "sparkles" that many lesser cables do.

I do with DVIGear had more sizes; they have a half-meter size that works for equipment one shelf up or down from my Pre/Pro only if I also use their "pigtail" designed to keep the HDMI connector from falling out of it's connector; the HDMI is one piss-poor designed connector.
