Blu-ray Player that can be used vertically?

I'm looking for a Blu-ray player that I can mount behind a tv. I have a tv and soundbar/surround system wall mounted so it has as small of a footprint as possible. I use the tv almost entirely for streaming Netflix/Hulu/VUDU, but would like to watch an occasional Blu-ray/DVD. I've done some searching, but I can't find one I can mount vertically. I contacted Samsung and they said none of their current models can be used vertically. If there are options, I'd like to keep the price $100 or under.

Samsung's players really aren't that good in any orientation, so it is probably a good thing they don't have one. I'd skip LG players also. That leaves you with the PS3 for now, and it isn't as small as the others and is about double the budget unless you get one used, but it is also likely a better player than the others.
