blown woofer?

ok i have two wharfedale tsa 112 they each have two 10 inch woofers anyways ive noticed that when i listen to any bassy music even on realy low this one woofer sounds realy distorted, does anybody know what the problem is, and how much it would cost to get that woofer fixed.

Maybe a number for their home office might be more useful? A google search?

Now, do both left and right speakers sound the same? May want to disconnect one and see, then the other. Take the grill off and see if there is any visual sign of a problem? Check your receiver make sure your tone control for the low frequency is not turned all the way up?
