Bigger centers better ?

I’ll get pics soon but I’m using a energy satellites center and fronts but I have a better Sony center with duel 5” woofers ..
but my Sony tv does not directly fit on top it need a modified thing for the center ..

Yeah, I had some small centers before.

Now I have a nice large center. It has two 10inch drivers. Dialogue is super clear...even at reference levels. I love my Power Sound Audio MTM210C

yes bigger the better on a center channel there is a lot more info going to center channel even the Boom is going to the center channel on some movie mixes.

I think the midrange/woofer driver(s) should be powerful enough to deliver content on the same level as the LR to the furtherest seat away front the speakers/screen...CC is most likely being cutoff at 80Hz so idk about needing really large woofers unless it's a really large room and you're not running a sub.

For movies and some multi-ch music...IDK if the CC needs to be the strongest speaker of the LCR lot, but from personal experience...I would rather it be the strongest speaker, and not the weakest speaker for sure.
