BIC H-100 subwoofer

Looking to buy a sub soon. After a lot of research i found a few that caught my interest. Just have a few questions if anyone can help.

Is this Bic H-100 a good subwoofer if i can get it shipped to my doorstep for $200 all together? And how does this compare to the Dayton Sub-120 and other subs in the $100-$250 price range. Any other recommendations?

I would say for $200 to your door that is an awesome price. I payed 239 to my door and for that price I think it's amazing. Can get really deep and is great with movies. I dont listen to much music so I cant really say as far as that goes but I'd say for the money that is an amazing subwoofer. I have not heard any of the dayton subs but I would not hesitate to get the BIC H-100 for $200 I think you will impressed.

in negotiations right now. I started the negotiation at $140 to my door to start. this is a new model too I am not so sure if its an authorized seller or not though so i am wondering about warranty and whatnot. But for that price i suppose who cares...

If you dont mind me asking are you doing the best offer thing on ebay? If so they sent me a message that said lowest they would go was 239 shipped.

yeah, but i am haggling them down to no more than $200. That is my absolute budget on the sub. HK sent me a best offer thing saying they would take no less than $575 shipped for the receiver and i swayed them down to $500. Their answer is just a counter-bid. If you keep bidding, they will come down.

I ended up getting the bic 1520 (well... two of them, got 'em today) and i'm really impressed. is it a hsu? no. does it make your old yamaha, jvc, or dare i say... that big klipsch at best buy look stupid? yeah. yeah it does. amazon .com got me for $225 shipped, which is a hair above the price range, but, just tell your wife you'll have a salad next time you go out, and then you're even

Im out for the sub for a while unfortunatly. If you havnt seen my other thread...i wrecked my car. Depending on what i work out with the bodyshop i might be back in business though!
