BIC DV62si's

My Wife just got me these BICs and was wondering if everybody's opinion on having Ed at EFE tech. work on the crossovers is as good as I have read so far. I have heard that he works wonders with them.

What does he charge? Those usually sound great right out of the box. How do you like the center channel?

She just got me the two bookshelfs and they sound muddy on the bottom end and a little harsh on the top end. I agree they sound pretty good,For the money. I have heard that Ed will take the crossovers and do something. I don't know what he does.

I haven't had mine done yet. I personally don't have a huge problem with my 62clr. Could it be placement? I know when mine was near the floor it sounded muddy as heck. I moved it on top of the tv and it sounds way better.
