Biamping With 2 Receivers

Help! I have 2 Yammies: RX-Z1 and DSP-A1 (long story why I have 2 beasts):) Anyhow, is it possible to bi-amp using the main out of the RX-Z1, into the main-in of the DSP-A1? The RX-Z1 still have signal to the main speaker terminals, even when using the main-outs. If so, would this bypass the volume control of the DSP-A1 and everything work off of the RX-Z1?

Since I have the 2, I thought I would message around with them:D

Better yet, how can I use both of these awesome recievers/integrated amps simultaneously?

Set one up in the family room and the other in the living room or master bedroom:D

Sure you can, but you'll have double preamp noise in there. I would be very audible.

You're right! As much as I toy around with various set-up arrangements in-my-head, setting them up separately seems to be the conclusion- Thanks!

.....you can daisy-chain forty 7.1 receivers, using pre-outs, to drive 280 main's regiment speakers, the 40 receivers will send LFE to 80 powered subs, think twoooo, or send LFE to strapped amps, and the noise heard or not heard, from the daisy-chaining of the pre-amp sections, will only be as bad as the worst offender, and you'll have a bad time listening to the speakers of every receiver after that weakest link....you're not splitting the signals, they're being passed through hopefully clean and transparent equipment....you can do whatever you want with the pre-amplification millivolted signal until things change to inductant watts....ie, equalizers, compressors, looped tape monitors, other pre-amps, hair dryers, milking machines, etc....
