I have a pair of a/d/s 400L's. They are an excellent little speaker. They have a 6.5" driver and a 1" soft dome tweet. (detailed but smooth) I run these with a sub. They are rated at 4 ohms.
Will bi-wiring make much difference?
Can yhou even bi-wire a 4 ohm speaker?
It seems since they don't handle much of the bass info that bi-wiring would be a waist. Is there any info to separate?

If you search the amp forum along with this one and you'll have pages to read. Bi wiring cannot provide any audiable benefit.

Do those speakers even have the capability to be bi-wired?

Whether or not they are handling the bass, biwiring won't do anything but add more wire.

What Markw is asking is, do those speakers have dual binding posts?

Oops, I'm a goon.
I read an article about bi-wiring and started a thread without checking my speakers. They cannot be bi-wired.
Does the opinion change if I had floorstanders or is bi-wiring just a waste of wire?

A total waste of time and wire.
