I have a Harmon Kardon AVR335 which I am using as my MAIN setup with a 7.1 speaker setup (2 Towers,1 center,2 sur. 2 rear sur. and 1 sub) I have an extra amp lying around JVC RX-7030VBK and was thinking of Bi-Amping it to my MAIN amp is anyone firmiliar with this and have any recommendations?Feedback would be greatly appreciated Thanks

...If the JVC unit was actually an amp (and not a receiver) you might have a shot...simple response, no, you can't do it...neither unit has the correct wiring/connectivity facilities to feed one from the other in a biamp situation. While they both have pre-out jacks (the HK also having Zone 2 capabilities), neither has the required other half of the equation for such a scheme...namely: power-in jacks.

jimHJJ(...and true biamping isn't really as simple as it seems...)
