Best value?

Let me start off with saying that I am NOT trying to download stuff for free. I want to pay and be legal.

With that said, who offers the best value for getting MP3s? I'm talking cheapest deal. I need to cut some songs to disk and take them with me to work because I can't stream things from my work computer.
