Best tutorial for using REW and Umik?

I have a couple of PB1000 Pros that I will be setting up in my media room.

I see a lot of people use the REW and Umik combo.

Any suggestions for a good tutorial, please?

Thanks, I needed that as well. Dug out an old microphone stand from the garage (which needed a ton of chrome polish ) and got an adapter to convert VGA/USB to HDMI, so I have the hardware now. Just need to find the time. <sigh>
