Best tracks to show off your sub?

What music do you play to show off your sub to your friends?

Here are some of mine. If you have your sub leveled for jazz, you might want to turn it down a bit... Youtube compression doesn't do these justice, but you'll get the idea. Even if you don't appreciate the genres of music, you'll appreciate how they make your sub shine.

Takes a couple mintues for the bassline to come in, forward to about two minutes it if you are impatient.

There is some nice bowed and plucked double bass on the Peter Gabriel album, no doubt, but a double bass doesn't usually go lower than E1 at 41hz. The type of stuff I am referencing is sub 40hz stuff. You know musical chest rattling sub bass that is lower than 40hz. Which you get a lot of in movies LFE, but only touches of in music because engineers usually put a cutoff shelf between 30 and 40hz when mastering.

You know, tracks that hit your sub like the LFE in moves does.

If you get a FLAC of that Bug track I referenced, the shelf is definitely lower than 30hz. People that produce this kind of music call it "System music" (a newer style of dub), referencing old reggae sound systems.

If you're into progressive rock, Spock's Beard has some chest rattling bass pedal mixes in some of their songs. One good example is the middle of the song "At the End of the Day". Another one is the beginning of "Time Has Come". Enjoy.

What frequency are those timpani drums in "My Body is a Cage"? It's pretty dang low, a lot of subwoofers do no produce it well.

A bit of a bump here, sorry, but one of the most amazing tracks to let your subwoofer shine is "Chameleon' by Trentemoller, from the album "The very last resort".

Obviously the best way to listen to this is not youtube but the CD or vinyl, but it has amazing deep bass! This track leans very heavily on its bass (as do tracks from Lulu Rouge, try Riverside for instance https://soundcloud.com/agnes-obel-1/agnes-obel-riverside-lulu )
