I was going to get 2 lvr 12's some ascend 340's lfc and then 170 for surround.
Then with my luck my AVR died on me.
So i used some points from work to convert into a gift cards for Crutchfield to buy a Yamaha 2050 this didn't pay for all of it but knocked down a huge amount to wear it was affordable.
My plan is to get a 4 k tv later this year doing the same with gift cards from work can only use them a t certain places.

I had bought some wavcrest auido HVl-1's 3 of them. I tried them across the front.
I have a 20 by 25 room so it need something better than my PB-2000 to work with the book shelf's.
At this point I can get two LVr'12 but i am afraid that with book shelf's it will not be enough with that size of a room.
The other option I can think of is getting a 15 inch from reaction audio or the 15 inch from Rythmick. Reaction is cheaper and seems to have a better warranty and amp to it but i see a lot of folks recommend Rhythmic. I had a 15 inch sub on order from Rythmick but canceled it waiting to get a price on the ascend speakers and sub.

I am aware that 2 subs are better than one but with the size of my room and using book self speakers I am guessing that I will need a least 1 15 inch sub

I have to mention the wavcrest speaker is a amazing speaker for the price I can only imagine how much better the speakers are from Ascend are being that is suppose to be a much lees of a speaker that ascends least expensive one> I had to Dave F. a complement on what he did with that speaker.

I will have to re-visit getting a speakers from them again once everything is lined out.

Ascend sells Rythmik subs...
yes they do but what to get 2 lvr 12 or the 15 inc ported. I was getting 2 lvr 12's but the Ascend 340 is a more powerful speaker. as far as budget if just one either the FV15 HP from rhythmic the Reaction audio is a few hundred cheaper but it looks like it has better parts to it and a better warranty . But i am not sure what company makes a better sub.

If i get two subs at this time It will be 2 lvr 12 but wanted to be sure they would work good with two bookshelf's like the Wavcrest , I wont be getting tower's or book different bookshelf's for a couple years It looks like for a couple of years because of having to replace the AVR so i want to make sure the subs will be sufficient first

A good sub will work with any speakers, so as long as those cover low enough to blend with whatever sub you go with, you'll be all set. They appear to say +/-3dB @ 63 Hz, so their -3dB is probably relatively high, though they should work with an 80Hz x-over with most subs IMO.

k the reason I ask becasue if I step up to say a Sierra 2 some day they show that I need a beet sub to go with it other than a lvr 12 inch sub
