Best speakers for small budget

The receiver has been chosen. Marantz sr6005. Now, I would like to know the best in wall speakers for a cost conscious budget. Dual sub or just one. Room is 18'x15' and open to the second story. Wife has agreed to make this purchase for Christmas. I see the Atlantic Tech. speakers on the blowout list and like the price but were they really sold for $600 each. Any help for the newbie would be appreciative.

Now you said budget, just not which budget One mans $2K budget for speakers is another mans dream.

So the closeout in wall speakers by Atlantic Tech is done. Found a matching sub and center by them as well. Looks like $3000 plus installation and materials. Any ideas on that? I have a contact that I'm calling tomorrow. Should I expect $500 or $1500 to have 4 inwall speakers along with a center and sub and the wiring?
