Good speakers are good speakers. That said, how much do you want to spend?

It's deja vu all over again!

So, can I assume you've listened to these and now want some more on which you can pass judgment? I guess they all got a "thumbs down", eh?

How about posting a few pictures of girls and asking us which one you should marry?

It would have to be "Bose".

Thank you for not replying with a smart-alec comment. I appreciate it.

My budget for floorstand speakers is between $650.00-$1000.00. Sorry for the double post as well, I could not find the original post after I posted it. I thought there was a problem.

True. On the other hand, certain types of speakers such as bipoles and dipoles tend to be better for HT than for 2-channel music. Also, I am happy using a sub for HT, but prefer bass-capable speakers that don't need a sub for stereo listening.

Dunno about that. I kinda like my biploar maggies for music but prefer monopolar mains for HT. The surrounds provide all the spaciousness I need.

now, this brings up another conundrum... Some people prefer bipolar/dipolar surrounds while others prefer monopolar surrounds. IMNSHO, I find the former better for HT while the latter is my choice for music.

Now, this I can get behind but, then again, that's a preference.
