Haven't heard the RCF Ayra Pro 5s but I've got a pair of RCF Ayra Pro 8 and they are crazy good. I actually prefer them over some multi-thousand dollar speaker/amplifier combos which I also used in the same room!
Unfortunately, for your list of uses early in your post and your space limitations you would not be hearing anything close to what good speakers are capable of so I would recommend getting something very cheap or free.
