O2 dac/amp combo is best for pretty much any price point, not sure how much it currently is but have been around 200 I believe.

I have Xduoo and Fiio's like both. Don't know if they are the best but am sure they can drive your headphone. I used both as DACs as well and they sound just as good as my other DACs that cost much more.

Edit: Sorry I just realized you are asking about DACs under $200 so the Fiio is out. I would still recommend the Xduoo TA-01 over the DACMagic XS, much less portable but still portable enough, but more fun to use and sounds better subjectively.

Do either of you have experience with the Cambridge Audio Magic DAC XS? I like the ultra portability factor as well as the reviews I have seen for it. What Fiio model do you have?

I have one of those two. Yes it is portable but it does not seem to sound as good as the other two I mentioned. In a blind test the result may be different though.

X5, cost more than the Dacmagic but IMO worth the difference.
