Best connections for home theater components

Want to make sure I am making the best connections between my compenents.
Samsung LN46A630 LCD
DishnetWork VIP722 HD DVR
Pioneer Elite VSX01TXH
Panasonic DMP-BD35 Blu Ray
Longest run is 15' from A/V to Tv. Planned on just using HDMI cables to the receiver and one cable to Tv (from monoprice). Is this the best way.
