Bernie Mac passed away

I thought I read yesterday that they had released him from the hospital after a bout of pneumonia and that he was doing well, however reports today said he died from complications due to that pneumonia yesterday. He was only 50. Very sad indeed.

They knew he had sarcoidosis, but they said the pneumonia and complications weren't related to the disease which was apparently in remission.

I agree with Sheep. It seems to me like quite a few well known people have been dying at relatively young ages lately. Just reminds me that the people that I love are all mortal, and that I should be "in the moment" when I'm with them.

Holy crap this is so darn shocking. He was so funny. Always seemed like a real good down to earth guy to me. This is just very sad. My heart goes out to his family. I will be sure to keep them in my prayers.

The only thing I ever watched of him was his acting in Oceans 11, 12 and 13 (yeah I like those movies a lot). If they do an Oceans 14, it won't be the same.
