For what it's worth ecost has the Belkin PF60 for $155 plus shipping. I think the jury is still out on the value of line filtering, but if nothing else it makes a heck of a surge suppressor.

I got mine from ecost on one of the same deals. I didnt notice any quality differences but its a nice unit for the money.

The PF60 costs $215 at Amazon now. I got the PF31D at Amazon ($136) and it seems very similar to the PF60.

If you dont mind used products, you can get these on ebay for pretty cheap. I got my PF31 (same as the pf31 except it doesnt have the LCD display) on ebay for like $75 shipped
