Belden Speaker Cable

I'm looking to purchase some Belden 5T000up 10 gauge speaker wire from Blue Jeans Cable. I read the speaker wire article available on this website. The only confound I can think of is that the Belden has its two wires (separately insulated) twisted around each other instead of running parallel to each other. Will this affect the wire's effectiveness? Is this wire considered decent?

I don't see a reason why there would be a negative effect induced by a twisted geometry. There would be a slight change in the electrical characteristics (L, R, C), but nothing too huge. And yes, it's considered a decent cable.

If you plan on doing a custom install or terminating the cable yourself, you may want to try ordering from Westlake Electronic. They carry it cheaper than BlueJeans.
