Methodical;
Here's a couple of options for you. Zzounds has them for new 179.95 w/free shipping
here.
Another option (I haven't listed them anywhere just yet), I picked up a couple of these a few months ago, but I've since bought a multichannel amp I couldn't pass up, so I'm going to be selling both for $150 each shipped.
Thanks for the offer but I searched and found that deal yesterday and placed the order already.
From a hook-up/cabling standpoint, a straight RCA cable from the Denon preout to the A500's unbalanced RCA input will work fine. If you pick up any hum, you can buy a RCA->1/4 plug adapter from Radio shack for $5 each or they also have 1/4->RCA cables for approx. $5 as well. I had a little bit when running them bridged, so I used the 1/4 plug adapter and it eliminated it completely.
I understand what you say about connecting the RCAs from the Denon preouts to the A500. However, how do you connect the EQ into the equation?
These provide plenty of power in stereo mode, but are absolute monsters when bridged. I can't imagine anyone needing more power than these when bridged, they are whompers...

That's good to know.
