I have a real basic home setup for my tv and dvd player and its' worked fine until we recently installed time-warner cable system with it's basic cable box. Now i can't get my dvd player to play thru to the tv. I know the dvd player works because you can hear the soundtrack coming thru the speakers but no picture. It would seem the picture is leeking out somewhere but i'll be darned if i can find where. The tv is connected via an RF Modulator because there is only one cable connector on the backside. I also have a stereo receiver that the dvd player is running thru. What am I doing wrong?? Help!!!

Seriously, I have no life.
You need to tell us exactly what your previous hook up was and what it is now.
It is impossible to trouble shoot at long range unless we have every last detail. Do not omit one connector or cable type before and now. That also includes the color of the plugs.

More details would be nice but from what I can gather you have an older TV with only one RF input on the back (for cable tv) and you previously used an RF modulator connect the dvd player to the TV. Now you have two devices that need to use that single tv input.

You will need an a/b type switch to do it. A VCR would work too as it can switch between RF and baseband video inputs.
