B&W Sub...Apartment...SUCKS!!!

I live upstairs in an apt. I have wood floors & what I consider a decent home theater. My neighbors are really cool but have text me to turn the bass down a bit because it was rattling their wall furnace...hehe...I mean, Bummer!

I do my best not to be rude & bother others. So, I set my sub (w/rubber feet) on a small slab of granite whitch sets on a sheet of rubber. My living room (225 sqft) has furniture & a large area rug.

Are there ANY suggestion someone could give me that would help in any way, to prevent the bass from my system, from traveling through the floor to the unit below me? Keep in mind it is not a down firing sub & I do keep the volume down when it is late!

Ditto the Gramma Pad but may I also suggest Bass Shakers Transducers, those you install underneath your couch and it gives you the feeling of deep bass that you can feel without any noise whatsoever to you or your neighbor. Cheap and easy to install.
