B&W Question...Advice Wanted

Currently putting together a home theater system also capable of producing good stereo sound. The system would be in a room between 250 and 500 sq/ft. I'll be using a Onkyo TX-SR801 as my power source/reciver. I'm currently leaning towards B&Ws, however I'm operating on a budget...1500-2000 for 5.1. Current have a set of B&W DM330 and DM110. Since space is a concern the DM110s don't make for good rear channels. Would it be prudent to spend the 1500-2000 on center, sub, and surrounds, while continuing to use the DM330 as the Front LR speakers. Any input/advice...opinions, anything. Thanks for your time.

I'd use the DM303 for rears and get any of the 600 series for fronts, if budget allows.

Weak will power...

Thanks for the advice...I did end up buying a 600 series home theater system. I was going to us the DM330 as rears, but the girlfriend thought the DM600 S3 were really cute, and that's why you buy stuff right...well, maybe not but they do make great surrounds. Sure with taxes, I did go over my self imposed budget...but that budget was there more or less so I wouldn't go crazy. Thanks for the advice though.

This post might be too late for you but anyway. . . I would not recommend the B&W subwoofer. I have the ASW 650. It is okay, not optimally positioned in the room, but there are cheaper and better subwoofers according to many posters in this forum. Most notably Velodyne. Some people seem to like HSU and SVS also. Is there a reason why you went with the TX-SR801 receiver? Did you get a good deal on it? You probably could have gone with a cheaper receiver, possibly even forego the subwoofer for a while and get better speakers. Speakers, and the room, are the most important for sound.
