B&W Mini-Theater or Definitive Technology ProMonitor 1000's

Hello! This is my first time posting on this board. I know I have to audition these speakers and choose for myself, but I really want to hear others thoughts, opinions, and whatever else you have to say about these speakers.

I have to downsize my Energy 4.1e floorstanding speakers due to moving in with the girlfriend. I'm also getting matching rear surrounds. I have a Denon AVR 2700 receiver. I am auditioning a some smaller sized speakers to fit in my room which is 16x16 with a 19ft. angled ceiling. I am more interested in great home theater-movie sound quality rather than music quality. These are what I have narrowed down too:

B&W M1 (mini-theater) sats

or

Definitive Technology Pro Cinema 1000 sats

other contenders, but I'm seriously considering the above:

Paradigm Atom Monitor
KEF 5005

BTW... I like my speakers warm sounding! The KEF 5005 I heard were not warm. Paradigms were.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!!! Thank you in advance!

I would seriously give the B&W speakers a listen - I've always liked their products. From what I've heard, the M1's are really good for their size. I'm not sure what your budget is or maximum speaker size is, but it might be worthwhile auditioning either the B&W 686 or CM1s.

Everyone seems to love B&W, so why even bother looking at anything else?:D
