B&W 601 S3

I am in the market for a pair of B&W 601 S3 speakers. Have any of you been following the new or used market on these? I usually do it myself but I got a lead on a pair that I need to make a quick decision on.

Both...depends on the price difference.. I offered $355 for a pair that was described as NIB for sale. Is that about right?

The DM 601S3 goes for, what $450 from an authorized dealer, right? I would see if I could haggle with the dealer to see if he would meet me halfway on the price. That way I get a Factory assured warranty and the assistance from the dealer. Just my thoughts though. Who knows, maybe, if things are slower, the dealer would match or come close to matching the price?
