B&K vs Arcam, NAD, Rotel...

When people ask for suggestions for more expensive receivers, I see many recommendations for NAD, Rotel, Arcam, and even Denon or Yamaha. I rarely see any for B&K. Any reason? I've always heard good things about them, why no recommendations?

I am currently looking for a receiver to support my B&W 803's ( see previous post). All of the above have been recommended to me but B&K but when I call there 800# and talk to B&K csr about their equipment it sounds like the most extensive for it's price range. I am going to test them all so I will let you know.
