which I have heard them both with the sonus Fabers that I currently own. They both sounded excellent, but Anthem has a little better specs. Should that bother me? the amps in question are

B&K 200.2
Anthem MCA 20

What is the speaker impedance and sensitivity? Amp specs differences?

my speakers are 4 ohm and the sensitivity is 90db. the 2 amps output the same (200 watts) into 8 ohms.

If neither one is rated to drive 4 ohm speakers continuously, either one will be fine if it meets your other needs for flexibility.
If one is so rated, buy that of course.

Man, get the B&K. For the money it is the best Amp I have ever own. In fact, I am saving for a 200.7 right now.

went ahead and ordered the MCA20 after listening to the SF at the store. The B&K just lacked the punch I was looking for. Will have the amp within a week or so, I just can't wait!!
