Axiom M22 tweeter

I replaced my M22 speaker zip cord with new Phantom cables, banana terminated. I noticed yesterday that the left speaker tweeter is not working. I tightened all banana ends but tweeter still not working. I removed the driver from the enclosure and all connections are good. The tweeter worked fine with the zip cord. The Axioms are only eight weeks old.
What am I missing here?

Did you try the other speaker's cable, or the old zip cord?
