AVR preouts - where to go online to quickly learn yes or no?

I apologize if this topic has been done elsewhere. I may have missed it.

When it comes to picking an AVR that lets you output 2, 5, or 7 channels to a separate amplifier, is there some sort of centralized online resource that lays out that bit off info clearly as to whether a given AVR has one or the other choice for preouts?

Your best bet is to go to the manufacturers website and check the specs there or download the manual.

Just look at the pic of the back of the reciever and see if there are any there, that's the easiest way to tell.
