I don't think I'd get enough OTA stations where I live to make it worth trying. I have plenty of other video options to keep me occupied for sure :) . Too bad hdmi isn't what it should be.
You never know. I thought the same thing, I live in a small town of 20 thousand and I get a ton of stations OTA. I put a big ole antenna in the attic so it would be unseen and I get stations as far away as 50 miles. I get all the majors, nbc, cbs, abc, fox, wb, and pbs. Plus a bunch of weird channels that play old movies all day.

WIth that said tho, we never watch any of it. We use it as back ground noise when we are not streaming.

HDMI cables don't really follow the hardware designation, but you might make see if a high speed hdmi cable makes a difference. Optical works. Do you turn on the display first before avr and other gear?
Problem fixed! on the X6400 you have in the video settings monitor 1 and monitor 2 and dual monitor well I found out that when you have it set to dual monitor is trying to feed Arc to both and that's why I was having at 15 second pause between audio, switch to monitor one which is the arc and that fix the problem. Arc over-the-air Fixed not a problem.:)
