AV123 Emotiva Split

Well I'm sad to say that AV123 has stopped offering the Emotiva product line. As someone who has used the DMC-1 processor, I will say that it is one of the better sounding/value Pre's that I evaluated. The product will continue to be sold and supported by the manufacturer Emotiva Audio. More info is available on the AV123 website.

I was just over on their forum and read the same thing before you posted this. This does make me glad I bought 7 Behringer A500's over the Emotiva MPS-1 amp.

I dont think there should be any worrys. It seems a mutual split with no hard feelings and any work done on emotivas was always done by them anyways with av123 only setting up the xfer.

I look forward to seeing what both companies come out with next!!

What a beautiful web site. Visually stunning and you can drill right in and find specs and pricing easily. If the web site is any indication, they are off to a terrific start.

I love the way they have filled out their product line. I had been hearing they were going to join other products to the existing Big Dog Combo and Ultra Lite Combo. I was not prepared to be so impressed! I predict that I will be a future customer. Now how 'bout some reviews of all of their new stuff?

I agree. Still waiting for reviews of the UL Pre-pro and especially the Amp. The 6/7 channel 63 pound UL amp is only $500 now that Emotiva is selling direct.

If the DCM-1 was anything to go by... the MMC-1 looks great!!!!

I dont know about what others here think, but I like that they removed the brushed metal plates from the front panels for the MMC-1 and IPS-1. Makes it look so much classier...

I couldn't agree more. I was never enamored with the huge silver pieces on the front of the MPS-1/DMC-1. :)

The stereo amp reminds me of a mac with the way the meters are setup.

Nice looking stuff, I think a purchase of an amp may be in order!!

As a long time Emotiva owner . I'm looking forward to the new products Emotiva is offering . I'm thinking of pulling the trigger on the 2 channel package . I've talked to the guys at the Emo site and am feeling better with Emo's direction .

And with the quality of the products they put out .............I'm sure their reputation will grow strong .

Have I told you how much I'm enjoying Emotiva ?
